ByteViz is a private social media content scheduling platform operated by Andrej Vysny as a personal project. The platform enables scheduling and publishing content to connected social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).

2. Access

ByteViz is a private, invite-only platform. Access is restricted to registered users approved by the operator. Public registration is not available. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ByteViz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use ByteViz for scheduling and publishing content to social media platforms via their authorized APIs. You agree not to use the service to distribute spam, malware, or content that violates applicable laws or the terms of connected third-party platforms.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or schedule through ByteViz. By using the service, you grant ByteViz a limited license to process and transmit your content to the social media platforms you have connected, solely for the purpose of publishing on your behalf.

6. Third-Party Services

ByteViz integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and X. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ByteViz is not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of these third-party services.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected social media accounts. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

8. Limitation of Liability

ByteViz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to failed posts, scheduling errors, or loss of content.

9. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic.
